I used to think of taking photographs as stopping time for just long enough to capture a moment during an event for a keepsake. I eventually began taking pictures of things as I saw them and captured the view that I would see in my head. My pictures gave things a whole different perspective than what the majority of the people initially saw. I love playing with picture magic. Making things seem further away or closer, larger or smaller than they really are. Photography is a form of art. And with all art, the possibilities of what you can do are endless. You are only limited by your imagination and creativity!

We couldn't meet before that date.
I had Sam. You had Desiree, Ryan and Cait.
We carried life's load bearing weight
We couldn't rush our awaiting fate.

Long ago, God had a plan.
Waving His almighty hand,
He split one whole and made two souls.
Then placed them on the Holy land.

They were born, not near each other.
See, He gave them different mothers.
Each, one-sister and no-brothers,
Parallel lives, with a trail of lovers.

Gave them hardships that took their toll.
They walked down many long, hard roads.
Only after their complete healing,
Could he allow the great revealing!

I healed and decided I was done.
It was either become a nun,
or just make friends and have some fun.
That's when you seemed to come along.

Baby, what you are to me,
Is everything I dreamed you'd be.
You showed up when I was ready for you.
When i saw your face, I knew our love was true.

We knew each other before we met.
That day is one I won't forget!
It was you! My other half, my Juliet!
I'm finally home; no more regrets.

We fill the holes in each other's hearts,
Where life and people tread with no regard.
And gave us so much fear and sorrow.
I loved you yesterday ... do today ... & will tomorrow.

Writer's block

Ok, it's going to take me a while to get used to typing my thoughts. I started this blog and intended to be here daily to write something. I signed on the very next day and stared at a blank screen for much to long before deciding that I would just come back when I had something to say. So, here I am.
